Our company has had a number of registrations and certifications, including the ISO9001:2015 Standard, and Link-up Registration Certification for the Supply of General Enclosures. We also offer sheet metal fabrication services, with our welding shop boasting a team of highly trained welders.

MCS offer a wide range of services in sheet metal design and manufacture. We are able to produce items from a bespoke one off design to high volume batch work. These range from simple chassis plates and brackets to fully assembled electrical cabinets and enclosure systems.

The company employs many long serving staff, each with many years’ experience in the design and production of sheet steel enclosures and fabrications. Our dedicated management team will ensure that your specific requirements are met with competitive prices and prompt deliveries.

Your Order Through MCS

A timeline of the quick process of your purchase

Order Is Made To MCS

Your order is processed through our front desk with a purchase order receipt. It's organised with all the adjoining drawings and information before it leaves the front desk.

Design Is Created Using Solidworks

The order is then passed onto our design engineers who construct your project in Solidworks; a state of the art 3D modelling software that allows accurate and efficient design capabilities.
The design instructions are then sent to the workshop.

Job Is Manufactured

The order is sent to the CNC punch machine where the sheet metal is cut to the correct shape. The metal is then fabricated via bending, welding, cutting and other methods to manufacture your order.

Manufactured Fabrication Is Given A Finish

After manufacture the order is then sent to our onsite paint shop to give it the finish requested (if other finish is required the order is sent out externally).

Order Is Delivered To Your Premises

The order is then wrapped up ready for delivery either by our work vans or an external delivery company and sent to your premises.
